Member Guidelines

To keep Copia Crafts a safe and trustworthy space for everyone, we ask all members to follow these guidelines. These rules help us maintain a positive environment where creativity thrives, trust is built, and everyone feels respected.

1. Be Kind and Respectful

  • Treat every customer and member with courtesy and respect, regardless of background, identity, or beliefs.
  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language of any kind.
  • Disagreements may happen. Handle them professionally and constructively.

2. Sell Only Authentic Handmade Items

  • Featured items in your profile page must be designed and handmade by you (or your team).
  • No reselling of mass-produced, commercially manufactured, or drop shipped items.
  • Vintage or upcycled items are fine if the final product is substantially transformed by your creative work.

3. Be Honest and Transparent

  • Provide accurate descriptions. Tag craft types and specialties that apply.
  • Add clear photos of your items.
  • Disclose your policies on timelines, pickup, shipping and returns.
  • Represent your skills, location, and availability truthfully.

4. Respect Intellectual Property

  • Only sell items you have the right to sell.
  • Do not copy another maker’s designs, photos, or descriptions.
  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and brands.

5. Connections and Communication

  • All sales, communication and payments happen directly between maker and buyer.
  • Communicate clearly about shipping, returns, and any policies you set.

6. Prohibited Behavior and Content

  • No spam, scams, or fraudulent activity.
  • No illegal items or services.
  • No adult content, weapons, drugs, or anything that violates local laws.
  • No unsolicited advertising or promotion of outside businesses in profiles or reviews.

7. Reviews

  • Reviews must be honest, fair, and based on actual connections and sales.

8. Reporting Issues

If you see something that violates these guidelines: Contact us on your account page. 

We review every report seriously and confidentially.

9. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warnings
  • Removal of listings
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts. We reserve the right to make final decisions on guideline enforcement to protect the community.
