No! We welcome all crafters that create one item or ten items to showcase their craft and get in front of buyers.

2. Are there any fees if a customer connects with me and purchases my craft or schedules a class?

No! there are no additional fees for customer connections. You keep all your profit! We believe in supporting local makers without barriers—your success is our goal!

3. How do I edit or update my profile?

Log into your dashboard anytime. You can add new photos, update your bio, refresh your craft categories, specialties or adjust contact details. Changes go live instantly to keep your profile fresh and accurate.

4. What makes a great profile?

Showcase high-quality photos of your work, write a bio sharing your story including clear details on your craft, specialties, personalization and custom orders. Make sure your email is added so clients can reach you! Link all applicable links to websites and social media so they can see more of your work.

5. How do customers contact me?

Buyers can reach out directly through “send a message” on your profile page — they can also visit your website and social links. You handle all conversations and transactions personally, giving you full control.

6. Can I link my online shop, Etsy, or social media?

Absolutely! Add links to your Etsy shop, personal website, Instagram, or anywhere you sell. Many crafters drive traffic both ways — customers discover you here, then shop directly with you.

7. How can I increase visibility for my profile?

Share your unique Copia Crafts profile link on your socials, at markets, on postcards or in newsletters. Keep your photos and descriptions updated. We also feature crafters in our newsletter, social spotlights, and homepage rotations.

8. Are there guidelines for photos or listings?

We keep it simple: Only list genuine handmade items you create yourself or your team (no reselling of mass-produced products). Use clear, well-lit photos (your own or professional), and be transparent about materials/process. This builds trust with buyers who value authenticity.

9. Can I offer custom orders or personalized items?

Yes — many of our crafters thrive on custom items for themselves! Mark the “Custom Orders” or “Personalization” tags on your profile, and buyers will message you directly. It’s a beautiful way to create one-of-a-kind pieces.

10. How do I handle orders, payments, and shipping?

That’s all up to you! Copia Crafts connects you with customers — you manage pricing, payments, and fulfillment (“e.g”, local pickup, shipping) This keeps things flexible for your unique business.

11. Can I edit or remove my profile?

Of course. From your dashboard, you can edit your profile in the “Manage Crafter Profile” and save changes after editing. If you choose too, you can delete your account at the bottom of your “Manage Crafter Profile” page.
